canbuild.ai provides:

• AI development bootcamp training programs (Creator Track and Engineer Track)
• Educational content and course materials
• Access to learning tools and platforms
• Community support and office hours
• Consultation and advisory services

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Registration

To enroll in our bootcamp, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees are due upon enrollment unless otherwise specified
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing enrollments
• Additional costs for tools and platforms are the responsibility of the student

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before course start date
• No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before or after course begins
• Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to curriculum, videos, code examples, documentation, and materials, is owned by canbuild.ai or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our educational materials solely for your personal learning purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or share course materials
• Record or reproduce video sessions without permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

5.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any code or projects you create during the bootcamp. By sharing your work in our community, you grant us a license to use it for educational and promotional purposes.

6. Code of Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• Not share or distribute copyrighted materials
• Not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our systems
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

7. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our bootcamp may require or recommend third-party tools and services (e.g., Claude AI, GitHub, cloud platforms). You are responsible for:

• Associated costs and subscriptions
